2 Account Registration

Account Security

4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times apply from the point at which all required verification steps are complete — requests submitted before verification is finalised will only begin processing once verification is approved.
Withdrawals may not be processed while a bonus with an active wagering requirement remains on your account. You have the option to forfeit an active bonus in order to proceed with a withdrawal, but forfeited bonuses and any winnings derived from them cannot be recovered.
5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Sports Betting Rules

Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; the market is suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a platform error; or the event result cannot be determined within the settlement timeframe. Void bets are refunded to your PKR balance in full.
Live In-Play Betting

7 Casino Games and Game Lobby
All games in the aa777 Game Lobby and Live Casino section operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics provided by third-party game studios. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is displayed within the game information panel where available.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a temporary self-exclusion through support. During a self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible and no deposits, bets or game sessions can be made. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied.
11 Limitation of Liability
